Steve is the principal of the firm.  He received his B.S. in 1983 from the University of Miami and SUNY Brockport. Steve earned his law degree from Georgia State University in 1989.

Steve was admitted to the Bar in 1989.  Steve is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia. 

Business Closings, Corporate Law, Construction Law and Business Disputes are Steve's main areas of practice.  He also deals with matters of Real Estate Law and has extensive experience with mediation and arbitration.  Steve has consistently practiced in these areas for many years. 

Steve has lectured about business transactions before Georgia Agent/Broker Groups including lecturing before business brokers for State credit.
